GEC had a great time participating in the Third Avenue Festival on October 1st. Our day program staff and participants hosted a table where they sold one of a kind Cricut items made by our Without Walls and Fischetti day hab programs. They also sold beautiful plants from our greenhouse, and ceramics made in our art studio by our Bay Ridge program participants. With GEC's 65th Anniversary Celebration happening on October 29th, raffle tickets were also available for sale.
The individuals enjoyed socializing with festival attendees and talking about our agency to community members who were interested in working at GEC. Of course, our volunteers also made time to take in the sights and sounds of one of Bay Ridge’s most loved annual traditions!
