Registration Details

The registration fee is $30, which includes a special event t-shirt, water and post-race thank you celebration. Registrations received by 10/11 will receive their shirt at the race. For registrations after 10/11, we will try to meet all requests, but size/availability for day of race cannot be guaranteed.

You can register by clicking the submit button below or, if you prefer, print and complete the registration form and email to cmansuetto@gecbklyn.org, mail it in or hand it in at 260 68th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220 – Development Office. If you have any questions call 718-833-6633 x 228/229.

Schedule

11AM-2PM, Rain or Shine

• 10 AM-11 AM  | Check-in and late registration will be at the GEC booth adjacent to the 69th Street Pier, at the intersection of Bay Ridge Avenue and Shore Road.
• 11 AM | Registrants will assemble at the starting line on the running/walking path adjacent to the 69th Street Pier and will run (or walk) the 5K (3.1 mi) along the path. Runners begin at 11. Walkers will immediately follow the runners. Race coordinators will be at the halfway point to direct participants where to turn around and head back to the Starting/Finish Line.

Rain or Shine

Remember that this is a rain or shine event. In the event you cannot attend on October 26, we encourage you to participate virtually (in the park, the gym, your home, on a treadmill) and to donate to our mission of care.

Prize for Those Who Raise $100+

Anyone who raises $100 or more in collected donations will receive a special gift from GEC (please see attached sponsorship form).
