Shore Road Bike Path on 69th St.
*Race will begin promptly at 11am with walk beginning immediately after (Rain or Shine)

Registration Details

In-Person Registration Fee | $40
Virtual Registration Fee | $30

In-Person registration includes a special event t-shirt, water, and post-race reception.
Registrations received by October 2, will receive their shirt at the event. For registration received after October 2, we will try to meet all requests, however, size/availability on the day of the race is not guaranteed.

You can register by submitting the form below or, if you prefer, print and complete the registration form linked above and email to cmansuetto@gecbklyn.org, mail it in or hand it in at 260 68th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220 – Development Office. If you have any questions call 718-833-6633 x 228/229.

Schedule

• 10 am - 11 am | Check -in and late registration will be at GEC’s booth adjacent to the 69th Street, at the intersection of Bay Ridge Avenue and Shore Road.
• 11 am | Participants will assemble at the starting line on the running/walk path adjacent to the 69th Street Pier and will run (or walk) the SK (3.1 mi) along the path. Runners will begin at 11, and walkers to follow.
• Race coordinators will be at the halfway point to direct participants where to turn around and go back to the Starting/Finish Line.
• After Event | A “thank you” celebration will take place.

Rain or Shine

Remember this is a rain or shine event. If you are unable to attend on October 18, we encourage you to participate virtually (in the park, gym, your neighborhood, or on a treadmill) and donate to GEC's mission of care.

Prize for Those Who Raise $100+

Participants who raise $100 or more in collected donations will receive a special gift from the GEC.

T-Shirt Sponsor | $3,000 - Includes sponsors logo/name on shirts. Also, acknowledgement on website and signage at event. Plus 3 tickets to the post-race reception.

Event Co-Sponsor | $3,000 - Includes acknowledgement on website and signage at event. Plus 3 tickets to the post-race reception.

Reception Sponsor | $2,000 - Includes acknowledgement on website and signage at event. Plus 2 tickets to the post-race reception.
