In October, we celebrated DSP Riccardo Hamilton receiving GEC's Outstanding Achievement Award. Riccardo was nominated by the management team of Charter House, Dalida Pierre and Jessica Noerling, who recognized him for his exceptional dedication and compassion. In particular, Riccardo was recognized for the way he cares for the individuals who live in Charter House—loving them like family and building genuine, personal relationships with each of the six house members.
According to Dalida and Jessica, Riccardo’s demeanor is equally remarkable. In all the time we have known him, we have never once seen him angry. He carries himself with calmness and grace, always wearing a smile. His lighthearted nature—marked by laughter, playfulness, and even dancing—creates a positive and uplifting atmosphere for everyone around him. Riccardo’s combination of professionalism, kindness, patience, and joy makes him invaluable at GEC and a true asset to Charter House.
