On May 15th, GEC’s held their 14th annual Beer Tasting. The theme was “GEC Goes to the Movies” and it was the biggest event to date, with great music, amazing raffles, a huge variety of beer and hard seltzers, and even a dancing robot. As they have done since its inception, Marine Park Golf Course were our amazing hosts of the Beer Tasting. In addition to the delicious buffet and dessert course, those present were treated to a selection of movie themed songs performed by Maddjack, who always know how to get people dancing and singing along. And the unbelievably beautiful sunset over the golf course added to the joy of the evening.
Proceeds from the event went to support GEC and their programs. We extend a special thank you to our co-chairs: Anthony Cetta, Stephen Chiaino, Rosemarie Hamlin, Jennifer Herusso, Ellen Paternostro, and John Thompson and to to our event sponsors, donors, and volunteers, all of whom who support GEC throughout the year and on this evening in particular. It was a wonderful night because of all of you who joined us. We hope to see you all next year as we celebrate our 15th year!
