GEC participants and staff joined the Bay Ridge community by marching in the Saint Patrick’s Day parade along 3rd Ave on Sunday March 24th. They were joined by our friends from The Max Challenge and the Christian J. Santo Foundation, who sponsored a beautiful float for GEC.
The lucky float riders enjoyed their vantage point and waved at the crowd that was filled with friends, neighbors, and family who lined the streets to cheer them on! They also tossed candy and beads to the crowd to the delight of the children there. It was a beautiful day not only for the Irish, but for the entire community!
